  • Today's recipe is perfect for these hot days. It is very healthy and nutritious, although it is made with 4 ingredients only and it will be prepared in just a few minutes. Enjoy!

    For an excellent result, the variety of lentils which we recommend you to use in this recipe is 'Pardinas Lentils'. They are named after their brown colour ('pardo' in Spanish). Their skin is soft and tender and does not detach when cooking them. Their size is small, between 3.5 and 4.5 mm.

    This type of lentil is creamy and smooth, and buttery inside. Thanks to its small size, it does not need to be soaked before cooking. This legume is perfect for stews, soups and salads.
